Celebrate Your Graduate!

Graduation is a major milestone, and at HopeKids, we believe it’s one worth celebrating in a big way! Whether your HopeKid is finishing high school, college, or trade school, we want to honor their journey and the strength it took to get here.

We invite you to share your graduate’s story with us. You can tell us about their medical journey, how they’ve overcome challenges, what they’re looking forward to next, or what this milestone means to your family. Submissions will be considered for a special feature in our June issue of HopeNotes Magazine and may also be highlighted on HopeKids social media channels.

We are so proud of everything your graduate has accomplished, and we’re excited to celebrate this new chapter with you.

What to Expect When Submitting Your Graduate:

The submission form below will guide you through a few simple questions, such as:

• Your HopeKid’s name, age, and the chapter they belong to

• Their favorite subject in school or extracurricular activities they enjoyed

• A short story about their journey or what graduation means to them

• Their future plans, dreams, or goals

• Anything else you’d like to share to help us celebrate them

You’ll also have the option to upload a photo of your HopeKid that may be included in the June issue of HopeNotes or shared on social media.

Submissions are due by May 31 of the current year.
