Week of Hope Application

We are excited to announce that we will be partnering with Flathead Lake Lodge in Montana to provide another incredible Week of Hope. This has been an unforgettable week year-after-year with lifelong memories and friendships created. Here is a video from last year’s Week of Hope that highlights just some of the fun the families had together. Flathead Lake Lodge is located in beautiful northwest Montana and rests on the shores of pristine Flathead Lake.

Flathead Lake Lodge will be selecting families from each of our seven HopeKids chapters to attend Week of Hope through this online application process. Families will be treated to a five-night retreat with all air transportation, overnight accommodations, meals, snacks and activities included. If selected, all families will need to arrive in Kalispell, Montana on September 8, 2025 where ground transportation to the lodge will be provided. Families will depart the lodge on September 13, 2025.

If a family chooses to drive to Flathead Lake Lodge, they will be reimbursed for the actual costs for gas, accommodation and meals that they incur for direct travel (receipts will be required for reimbursement), up to a maximum of the equivalent cost of air travel.

Here are just a few of the activities offered during this trip:

      • On-site, private accommodations for each family
      • Incredible made-from-scratch meals by the Executive Chef
      • Horseback riding
      • Water activities (sailing, boating, kayaking, canoes, paddleboards, wake-boarding, wake-surfing, dock jumping)

      • Elk farm tours
      • Clay shooting
      • Laser tag
      • Swimming

Accessibility: All common areas in and around Flathead Lake Lodge and most rooms are wheelchair accessible. Some activities, such as horseback riding and water activities, may not be wheelchair accessible. If selected, please let the lodge know your family’s accessibility needs.
