About the Event

Saddle Up for Hope and join us for an unforgettable evening at Flathead Lake Lodge. This western-themed fundraiser, brought to you by AllHaus, will support Week of Hope, an annual event that takes place at Flathead Lake Lodge each summer. HopeKids and Flathead Lake Lodge work together to spur hope in the lives of families who have a child with a life-threatening medical condition. During the event, you will enjoy a steak fry dinner, rodeo show, barn dance, silent auction, and a fire truck ride. Get ready to join us for a night out at Flathead Lake Lodge!  

Order of Events:

4:00 p.m. – Check in at main lodge and enjoy a hosted happy hour
5:00 p.m. – Fire trucks depart for the steak fry
5:30 p.m. – Steak fry (with live music) & silent auction
7:15 p.m. – Silent auction ends. Guests transported to the barn at the lodge
7:45 p.m. – Rodeo
8:30 p.m. – Presentation
9:00 p.m. – Barn dance (with live band)

All tickets include: A fire truck ride to a steak fry dinner, beer and wine, a rodeo show, and a barn dance.

Title and Presenting sponsorship levels include one of the following specially arranged expedition options: Cruise boat tour, Pinzgauer tour of the elk preserve, or
clay shooting and elk preserve tour. Expeditions are limited and assigned in the order requests are received, so purchase your sponsorship and let us know your preference early to secure your choice. Arrival times for Saddle Up for Hope will vary based on your expedition.
