Eligibility Highlights

• Many diagnoses may qualify, including cancer, heart conditions, cystic fibrosis, organ transplants, Duchenne muscular dystrophy, and sickle cell disease.
• Families may still join if a child is in remission or has received a transplant within two years of treatment.
• Referrals are encouraged at all stages of treatment.
